We do our best to process and ship all in-stock orders within 2 weeks. Please be patient because we are only two smol lil beans working hard to get you your lil things!

All domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS First Class Letter or Package services. Please note that stickers and cards DO NOT include tracking information by default, unless otherwise selected at checkout. Most USA orders will arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on weather and or holiday conditions. We understand that things can happen with our hard working postal workers so please email us if your order has not arrived one month after the shipping date.

In the event that your order arrives and it contains missing or damaged items, please send us an emailwith your order number, mailing address, and the missing/damaged item descriptions and we will have replacement(s) or a refund processed for you within 24-48 hours.

You bet! While we aim to eliminate packaging from all of our products, there are still some products that require some help staying put. All packaging is 100% recyclable though, and most are made from recycled materials. Even our baggies are made from vegitable starch.

You betcha! Most of our orders are ready for international shipping. If for some reason you cannot purchase something, send us an email so we can get it fixed for you. Please note that stickers DO NOT include tracking by default, unless otherwise selected at checkout. If these untrackable orders have not arrived in two months, please email us!

If you purchase an item with standard Internation shipping without tracking, there are NO CUSTOMS fees. We send these items as letters that bypass all customs.

If you order an item with our standard untrackable international shipping, the official USPS time frame is 6-10 days. Most parcels arrive within two weeks if there are no internal post office issues. The more rural area you are in,the longer it will take. If something goes wrong at the post office, the package may arrive up to TWO MONTHS after shipment. If your order has not arrived in two months, please email us.

On any clean smooth surface! Our stickers are waterproof and scratch resistant but please hand wash them. We advise you clean the surface with an alcohol wipe beforea application because some surfaces can have an anti-stick coating.

The best way is to peel the sticker by hand and then wipe any adheasive left with rubbing alcohol. If you are still having problems, look into adheasive removers you can find at your local hardware store.

Our stickers are waterproof but we STRONGLY advise you only handwash your stickers and never put them in the diswasher. The heat has a big effect on the adheasive of any stickers you have.

All cards are blank unless custom messages are requested.

Yes! Add your message in personalization or in the notes at checkout.

For a majority of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have a problem with your order.

If you need a cancellation, email us before the order has shipped.
